Open the app to make its icon appear again in the Dock. Open Dock preferences for me. For example, you can change how items appear in the Dock, adjust its size and position, or even hide it. Dock tales: What’s in your Mac’s Dock?
The icons end up so small as to be useless and since I used office it saves my recents anyways. No where have I found answer to this ugliness. I need labels of windows minimised to the dock displayed at all times or have the ability to display or not. The only way of telling which one is which is to hover over each icon in the dock.
